Welcome to CentellaSkin! This page explains how your order moves from our warehouse to your doorstep, what it costs, and what to expect along the way.
1. Where We Ship

2. Processing Times
- Business days: Monday–Friday, excluding French public holidays.
- Cut‑off: Orders placed before 13:00 CET ship the same day; later orders ship next business day.
- High‑volume periods: Promotion weeks or December sales may add 1 extra day.

Prices include handling and packing. Taxes and duties for non‑EU destinations are not included (see § 7).
4. Delivery Estimates

These windows exclude customs clearance and force‑majeure delays (extreme weather, strikes, etc.).
5. Order Tracking
- A tracking link is automatically e‑mailed once your parcel leaves our warehouse.
- Tracking may take up to 24 h to populate while the carrier scans your parcel.
- For multi‑parcel orders you will receive one link per parcel.
6. Address Changes & Re‑Routing
Entered a wrong address? Contact us within 1 hour of placing your order. After the parcel is collected, re‑routing fees may apply or the parcel may return to us; we can reship once it arrives back (new shipping cost may apply).
7. Customs, Duties & Import Taxes (Non‑EU)
- Orders shipped outside the European Union may be subject to local VAT, customs duties, or handling fees.
- These charges are not included in checkout totals and are the customer’s responsibility.
- Refusing to pay duties will classify the parcel as “abandoned”; shipping costs are non‑refundable.
8. Lost or Damaged Parcels
- A parcel is considered lost if tracking shows no updates for 15 days (EU) or 25 days (non‑EU).
- Damaged on arrival? Photograph the parcel and contents, keep all packaging, and contact support@centellaskin.com within 48 h. We’ll file a claim and send a replacement or refund.
9. Partial Shipments
Most orders ship in one parcel. If an item becomes temporarily unavailable, we will e‑mail options:
1. Wait until everything is in stock, or
2. Ship in‑stock items immediately (no extra charge) and send the rest later.
10. Holiday & Peak‑Season Notice
Shipping carriers experience higher volumes from mid‑November to early January. Please order early to ensure gifts arrive on time. Estimated delivery windows may extend by 2‑3 days.
