We currently offer two options at checkout:
Standard Tracked Delivery – an economy service (usually handled by La Poste/Colissimo in France, then your local postal partner) with full tracking.
Express Courier – a faster, door‑to‑door service provided by DHL or UPS for time‑sensitive orders.
Both services include a tracking number emailed to you as soon as the parcel leaves our warehouse.
1. Add the items you’d like to your cart and click “Checkout.”
2. Enter your shipping & billing details and choose a shipping method.
3. Select your preferred payment option (credit / debit card, PayPal, or Apple Pay).
4. Review your order summary and click “Place Order.”
You’ll receive an instant confirmation e‑mail followed by a shipping notification once your parcel is on its way.

Every order is dispatched from our climate‑controlled warehouse just outside Paris, France. This ensures your Centella products are stored and shipped under optimal conditions, straight from our EU distribution hub.

Click “Edit” next to Billing Address, update the form and press “Save.”
If you’ve already placed an order and need to correct the billing address on the invoice, contact our support team within 12 hours—once the invoice is finalised, it can’t be altered.
Common reasons include:
Incorrect e‑mail or password – check for typos or an accidental space.
Caps Lock on – passwords are case‑sensitive.
Account not yet activated – click the activation link in the welcome e‑mail.
Forgotten password – use “Forgot Password” on the login page to receive a reset link.
