1. 30‑Day Satisfaction Guarantee
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return unopened or gently used products within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the product price.

EU customers: Your statutory 14‑day right of withdrawal remains unaffected.
3. How to Start a Return
1. Email returns@centellaskin.com with your order number, product name(s), and reason for return.
2. We will reply within one business day with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and the return address.
3. Pack the items securely; include the RMA form inside the parcel.
4. Ship the parcel back within 14 days of receiving your RMA. We recommend a tracked service.
4. Return Shipping Costs
- Damaged / incorrect items: We cover return shipping or provide a prepaid label.
- All other returns: You are responsible for return postage. Original shipping fees (if any) are non‑refundable.
5. Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll e‑mail a confirmation.
- Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 5 business days.
- Bank or card issuers may take additional time to post the credit.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not seen the refund after 10 business days:
1. Check your bank or PayPal statement again.
2. Contact your card issuer; posting delays may occur.
3. If issues persist, e‑mail support@centellaskin.com and we will investigate.
7. Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or received in error. For a different shade or product, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
8. Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a store credit for the value of the return. If the gift giver had it shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
