Welcome to CentellaSkin (the “Site”). By browsing or purchasing on centellaskin.com you agree to the following Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully. If you do not accept these Terms, do not use the Site.

2. Definitions
- “Customer,” “you,” “your” – any natural person purchasing goods on the Site.
- “Products” – skincare items offered for sale by CentellaSkin.
- “Working day” – Monday to Friday, excluding French public holidays.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to make a purchase. By placing an order you confirm that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
4. Account & Security
Creating an account is optional. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorised use.
5. Orders
1. All orders are subject to acceptance and availability.
2. After checkout you will receive an Order Confirmation email; this is not our acceptance.
3. A contract forms only when we send a Shipping Confirmation email.
4. We reserve the right to cancel any order for reasons including payment failure, suspected fraud, or stock errors.
6. Prices & Payment
- Prices are shown in euros (€) and include French VAT unless otherwise stated.
- Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.
- We accept Stripe (credit/debit cards), PayPal, and Apple Pay.
- For orders delivered outside the EU, local taxes or duties may apply (see our Shipping Policy).
- We may change prices at any time; changes do not affect orders already accepted.
7. Shipping & Delivery
Processing times, carriers, delivery estimates, and free‑shipping thresholds are detailed in our Shipping & Delivery Policy, which forms part of these Terms.
8. Returns & Refunds
You have 30 days from the delivery date to return eligible Products (see our Return & Refund Policy). Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days of approval.
9. Product Information
We strive for accuracy, but colours and textures may vary due to monitor settings and batch differences. Ingredients lists may change – always read the label before use. If you have allergies, consult a dermatologist before purchasing.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on the Site (text, images, logos, graphics, code) is owned by or licensed to CentellaSkin and protected by international IP laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written consent.
11. User Content
Reviews, comments, or other content you submit must not be illegal, obscene, threatening, infringing, or defamatory. By posting, you grant CentellaSkin a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free licence to use, reproduce, and display such content.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
- CentellaSkin will not be liable for indirect or consequential damages, lost profits, or loss of data arising from use of the Site or Products.
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the total amount paid for the order giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud.
13. Warranty Disclaimer
Products are provided “as is” and “as available.” Except as expressly stated, we make no warranties, express or implied, regarding merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non‑infringement.
14. Force Majeure
We are not liable for failure to perform our obligations when such failure results from events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, war, pandemics, or governmental actions.
15. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris, France, unless mandatory consumer protection provisions provide otherwise.
16. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full force.
17. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The new version will be posted on the Site with its “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Site after changes signifies acceptance.
